How do I play?

On a keyboard: run with ← →, climb with ↑ ↓, jump with Space or Z (hold it to jump higher), throw fruit with X, pause with Esc or P. On a phone, turn it sideways: your left thumb has the stick, your right thumb jumps and throws. Gamepads work too: Ⓐ jumps, Ⓑ throws.

How do lianas work?

Jump at a liana to grab it. It swings with your run: lean into the swing and jump at the far end to fly furthest.

Where does the exit open?

Each level asks for a number of gems, shown at the top of the screen. Collect them and the stone gate opens. Three relics hide in every level for the curious.

It’s too hard for my child

Turn on Comfort in Settings or the pause menu: five hearts, no clock, a fall puts you back on the ledge, bosses go easier, and the game can run slower. “Reduce flashes” makes the screen calmer.

Where are the other levels?

Jungaloo is in early access: the first three levels and the first boss are open now, and the rest of the jungle is on its way. Your progress stays saved in your browser, so you’ll carry on from where you stopped.

Are there ads or subscriptions?

No.
